Terms of Service
Effective date: July 6, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and BleacherBrag ("we," "us") covering the BleacherBrag apps and services. By creating an account or using BleacherBrag, you agree to them.
The service
BleacherBrag turns photos and details you provide into shareable sports graphics. Free graphics include a "Made with BleacherBrag" watermark; paid options (below) remove it.
Your account
You must be an adult — at least 18, or the age of majority where you live — to create an account. Keep your sign-in credentials to yourself; you are responsible for activity on your account.
Your content
You keep ownership of the photos and information you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the service to you — rendering your graphics, storing your Album, and the like. We claim no other rights to it.
You are responsible for what you upload. Only upload photos you have the right to use — your own family's, or others' with permission. Don't upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or abusive. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Purchases
- Billing. Subscriptions and one-time watermark unlocks are billed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) under their terms. We never see your payment details.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
- One-time unlocks remove the watermark from a single graphic and re-render it at full quality.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
- Prices may change; changes apply to future billing periods, never retroactively.
Fair use
To keep the service fast and affordable for everyone, we apply reasonable technical limits (for example, a cap on renders per hour). Attempting to abuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service is prohibited.
Our property
The BleacherBrag apps, templates, designs, and brand are ours and protected by law. These terms don't grant you rights to them beyond using the app as intended. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation.
Ending things
You can stop using BleacherBrag anytime and delete your account in the app (Account → Delete Account), which permanently removes your data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or where required to protect the service or comply with law.
Disclaimers
BleacherBrag is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it reliable, but we don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we disclaim implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. Keep copies of photos you care about — the service is not a backup product, and unsaved graphics expire (see the Privacy Policy for retention).
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of $50 or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
We may update these terms; we'll update the effective date above and, for material changes, note it in the app or on this page. Continuing to use BleacherBrag after a change means you accept the updated terms.
